It really does piss me off. I had to go download a whole-ass ISO rip of the Buffy DVDs so I could watch it in 4:3 instead of cropped to widescreen just because some boomer would be like "I PAID FOR THE WHOLE TV WHY ARE THERE BLACK BARS." Jfc, I thought we got over this after a few years of "fullscreen" DVDs. Even then, at least they gave us the choice!
The HD remaster of Buffy fucking up the aspect ratio pisses me off so much
