I change my own moto tires. Want to share a neat trick I learned way late into my journey.
If youâre having trouble getting the bead to seat, wrap a ratchet strap around the circumference of the tire and tighten a bit to keep the whole tire squashed onto the rim. Doesnât take much, just enough to maintain contact. That bead will pop on like nobodyâs business after that.

Need a bead breaker, two tire spoons, Windex, a hair dryer (not heat gun) and an air compressor. You'll know when it makes a bead, scared the shit out of me both times.
