- muscle tension release -> improved mental health ** or if not then at least massage therapy -> improved mental health
- magnesium -> reduced muscle tension
Of those two steps, which do you doubt more?

I like magnesium and I love zinc
7 0 ReplyI'm not sure which one, but the combination of zinc, magnesium and fish oil give me some crazy vivid dreams.
3 0 ReplyIt's the fish burps from the oil pills. Worst part of taking fish oil pills, but I hate seafood so this is the only way this is happening.
