Uh, what age range is Gen Z again? There are Gen Z's older than 19, right
Asking for a friend.
Millennials are basically 82-94 give or take a bit (hard cut of at 80 and 96 I'd say). The oldest zoomers are in their early late 20's early 30s at the most.
Damn, I really look good for my age.
For some reason a lot of zoomers look way older than they should too but I can't say why.

I was mostly joking because I initially read that as Millenials are 82-94 years old, which confused me until I figured it out.
But, yeah, very true about younger people looking much older. I do look much younger for my age though, or so women tell me to sooth my vanity.
I'm guessing it's the cyclical fashion, we are used to seeing people who looked like that 15-20 years ago and now they have same clothes but are 20 years younger. Like how everyone in the 1940s looked like they were born at age 35 with a mortgage and an ulcer because they all wore wool suits all the time.
No, it's more that they were exposed to way worse air quality and they all smoked and drank and lived in homes made of lead and asbestos in between shifts at the racism factory. There were trucks driving down the nascent suburbs spraying deet in the air on all the kids playing on the lawns.
If you look up the poster for Cheers, season 1, everyone there is in their 30s
There's certainly Hollywoodification at work with unnaturally hot people being cast for everything now but also millennials wear sunscreen and grew up with far less environmental toxicity.
Gen Z on the other hand are growing up in the shadow of everyone on TV having several cosmetic procedures and they're shockingly common among members of the cohort. Vaping is also huge with them.
As someone in his early 40s, watching old shows is such a disorienting experience. I was hate -watching Home Improvement recently and Tim Allen was always the “old dad” to me but I’m seeing him on screen and realizing I’m actually older than that person now. Bizarre feeling.
They also drank and smoked from early on too
Just like Gen Z has energy drinks and vapes

The older zoomers are late 20s
I believe it starts at 97 (although I believe generations are arbitrary/meaningless but I digress)
I agree for what its worth. They're arbitrary national constructs.
Yeah it’s just a marker of similar cultural experiences. My favorite mark for millennials vs zoomers is “Do you remember 9/11”
"where were you when the world stopped turning?"
"Hell, do you even know who Alan Jackson is?"
Never forget.
The History season 2 premiere? yeah I remember it.
I believe the definition is people born 1997 to 2012-ish.
