A man being questioned in connection with the fatal shooting nearly a week ago of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO in New York City was found Monday in Pennsylvania with a gun with a suppressor like the one used in the homicide, law enforcement officials briefed on the situation tell CNN.
Not particularly convinced they've got the right guy. They've got a guy and whether it's THE guy or not, this guy was dumb as hell. Doesn't feel consistent with someone who's evaded arrest for almost a week with next to no leads. Could be a copycat, could be a dude intentionally being a decoy, could be a frame job or maayyyybe it really is the dude and he's being a lot luckier and less clever than we thought. I don't know, but this seems inconsistently sloppy.
I agree, everything about the shooting seems to calculated for the guy to be dumb enough to just be out and about while his face is all over the place.
I'm not sure how long between kills you need to go from spree to serial killer but dude would be really pushing that distinction and if you're serial killing you really gotta ditch a weapon and get a new one each time. It would be dumb either way
