I work in retail full-time and somehow don't hate people, so that's some sort of achievement I suppose

Part of me wonders if you're overstimulated. People have different limits and that can really affect how you deal with people. I have built up a tolerance for bullshit over the years working in retail, I'm not sure if that's good or bad.

Asking for visual confirmation is a good way to ensure that the product is there. Customers want to believe that we have the product they want, though, and whether it's over the phone or in store I get many people every day going through the denial stage of grief when they hear that their precious product is not in store.

This is so far the best video I can find summing up the events in Amsterdam, and it's still not very good. They at least mentioned the anti-Arab slogans chanted by the Israeli holligans, but didn't bother translating them. They are also one of the few news outlets that actually reported on the Israelis disrupting the moment of silence for Valencia. Even Al-Jazeera English didn't report on that.
