I don't really work-out for hours, only about 30-40 minutes and its mostly stretching. I do 50% bodyweight stuff und 50% pilates. So it is actually quite easy. The tough part is to get out of bed on time to do it.

• get a room in the city where my new job is ☑️
• get my bike fixed and/or
• get a new bike
• work out 5 times
• meditate at least 3 times
