A short, wholesome story
  • Could the killjoys and permanently miserable go comment on a different sub? This is a supposed to be a wholesome place. I know Lemmy is filled with perpetually angry people but do you guys have to come here and complain about every detail?

I thought this was adorable and cute. Thanks for sharing OP!

  • English Ivy
  • I'll leave this here, as I'm particularly bothered by the weird megamyth of kudzu in the US, as is evidenced but the other comments.

English ivy is actually a generally bigger threat but it never gets any real attention.

I will concede that the image above is kudzu tho.

  • Proof that humans can get used to pretty much anything
  • Every single dream I have is lucid. Nightly I live entire lifetimes and wake up and have to convince myself this is reality and I don't have those friends and families. To this day there are times I have to ask my irl friends and family if a certain memory is real or not.

It's interesting but also heartbreaking and exhausting.

  • "I hate this place even more than I did before"
  • A lot of people just don't want to work. Jobs suck. Heck, I like my job. It's a good job. it pays well, it's not stressful, I've automated the tedium,no get plenty of vacation time. Give me the option to not go back and id take it faster than you can blink.

I could vacation for 6 months and I would just appreciate the vacation, travel, and free time more and more. I still wouldn't want to go back to a job.

  • Chief O'Brien at Work #3 - I am a God
  • Decorum, security, and acclimatization.

You can greet people formally, keep them in areas you want she close to their suite and such. You also her prior used to the place and relax. You could have doors to the outside for most rooms in a house/building, buy having a dedicated entry is nice.

  • Sid Meier’s Civilization VII - Gameplay Reveal Trailer
  • I like Humankind.

I like the civ switch since you can change you priorities each age. Also I like having a leader I actually like with a civ I like.

Let's me do what I want to do the entire campaign instead of having to be stick with some stuff I don't like just to play with the things I do like.

I'm terrible at these games so I can't speak to balance and strategy and stuff. I use lots of auto stuff or relying on suggested choices from advisors lol.

  • Never again
  • I store all mine in a closet door shoe keeper. Each pocket is 1 type. And I keep as many as will fit in that pocket except for a few special things I keep a ton of. PC power cables, Current USB, HDMI/DP

  • Hobby Sins [Field Explores]
  • Just saw a video about a guy who sleeved them 6 and 8 times. As a meme to some people triple sleeving.

I think his name was dmarmada

I never sleeve anything. None of my boardgames, not my old MtG stuff I gave away. Just never felt the need.
