Body Cameras Were Sold as a Tool of Police Reform. Ten Years Later, Most of the Footage Is Kept From Public View.
  • The reform's intention to increase accountability is the source of the issue. However, there will be no accountability and no real reform if the public cannot view the video and police are allowed to "accidentally" turn off their body cams or "oopsie woopsie I deleted the footage" after breaking the law. amanda the adventurer
