Beautiful! That one bastard with an opened window on the left facing wall though...
Was Alt-man AI-generated all along? Impressive if true.
Any chance you've made it self aware and it's realized the futility of its existence?
lol not your fault, was totally my own fault. Just wanted to share a funny jump-scare I gave myself by being inattentive.
God damn I clicked that on a crowded bus while not really paying attention. Glad it didn't load for me lol
I never used twitter or tumblr and I have no idea what a microblog is lol. I feel like Lemmy already is a good reddit replacement, especially with the apps. Might give mbin a go on desktop, it was too cluttered on mobile. Thank you for your patience and explaining it for me tho, appreciate ya!
No I figured that part out but I think you have to be used to the tumblr/twitter format for it to feel intuitive. The avalanche of stuff being thrown at me was overwhelming. I'm guessing it takes a lot of curating to become good and I just don't want to do that, my block list on Lemmy is already a few novellas long and I don't want to start over.
Against The Storm, They Are Billions, Rimworld and The Last Spell. I often feel like I'm on the brink of losing and it's so satisfying to win in those games.
I believe the person you replied to meant that you shouldn't take it personally.
But now you have to watch and listen to the whole thing before you can resume the original video which was an ad to begin with.
Headline makes it sound like there's tons of VR kayaking games. Wait, are there?!
It's dueling time!
This recent study suggests that infrared plays a major role in host finding for mosquitoes.
Imagine what this person was doing before the discovery of bidets drastically improved their life.
Looking more forward to Dyson Sphere Program's release but installed this and it's a lot of fun.
This gives me the opposite of hope for the studio.
Yes this is the first thing I downloaded, it still "does stuff" even when you set it to 'disabled'. But I don't have to see Bixby at least.
In Enlisted, you are not only commanding a single soldier, but an entire squad! This MMO squad based shooter recreates the key battles of the bloodiest war of the 20th century, with hundreds of soldiers, tanks and aircraft taking part in each battle.
After years of open beta development the game had a controversial Steam release in March as a pay-to-access game that was otherwise free with their own launcher, now has relaunched as completely free.
The game uses the War Thunder engine and imports their models for a realistic theater of war with planes, tanks and infantry.
Let's say the roofs are all red, how big does it have to be to be visible as a little red dot?
I know older titles are usually the topic in this community but a lot of the popular f2p games are getting pretty old now too, and if you're like me you've been curious about some of them and even pleasantly surprised now and again.
There are many examples like League of Legends, Apex Legends, Raid: Shadow Legends etc and I usually get hooked on one and play it for some months or more. I'm not really trying to get into the "business" side of things, I personally very rarely purchase anything but if you do that's absolutely fine too.
The current ones I play regularly:
- PC - Enlisted - A WW2 shooter with vehicles like the Battlefield games. Same publisher and game engine as War Thunder and has been in open beta for over 2 years now. Kinda janky still but regularly updated and enjoyable.
- Android - CUE cards universe everything (I forget exactly lol) - Fun deck builder but very grindy if you don't buy shit. Pretty unique concept for a deck builder what I've come across. Short games too so good for a smoke break or the bus or whatever.
So, what do you play?
It follows a crew of a damaged deep space freighter who are stranded on a beautiful but dangerous planet.
Beautiful animation and wildly imaginative. The story probably won't blow your mind but the alien world might! I certainly enjoyed it and consider it one of the more interesing SciFi shows released lately.
