  • The inability to easily turn off copilot and the hiding setting between 3 different menus was the thing that finally did me in. I know you can turn copilot off but I didn't like the idea that Microsoft could "accidentally" re enable their spyware on my system. To be clear I am not being hyperbolic I really do think that recall and copilot are spyware that is just Microsoft approved. And then there is one drive just being pain in the ass constantly.

  • I feel like something where you have an age cutoff would be good though we shouldn't have people that would be retired in any other position be hoarding the power from people that are younger.

Maybe link it to social security? Not sure what the best method to do it would be considering that medical advances hopefully mean that people will live longer and healthier lives.

  • Not Hawaii at least in my opinion. The military foothold is too high, California might have a similar problem but the state is so much bigger that I don't think that it is as much of an issue. I think Alaska is most likely though. Might pull a Texas and succeed and then ask to become a part of Canada.

  • Maybe I am stupid but I feel like things like this will be looked at as silly in the future because clearly we have already hit the recession. The only question that we have left at this point is if it will evolve into a full blown depression.

  • Maybe a hot take but career politicians are something that make sense in a democracy that is properly functioning. If a politician is sure that they won't have to go work in industry after they are out of office they are less likely to feel the need to bend to the will of the oligarchs. But that is not how it has worked out so the idea itself seems much worse than it inherently is.
