2025 is looking to be another peak gaming year. I'm so hyped about Ghost of Yotei. Really enjoyed my lethal playthrough of Tsushima and hope Yotei can exceed it.

haven't been playing any "real games" since I took a detour recently to get caught up in Genshin for the new patch that just got released. The new country got me to play again unfortunately lol. I still want to continue my Borderlands 3 playthrough and Ace Attorney trilogy soon though.

Only Kojima is allowed to do graphics. I like what he's cooking with Death Stranding 2.

Yeah, Three Hopes is excellent. I only did one route, Scarlet Blaze, and really liked it since it fleshed out Edelgard better compared to Crimson Flower in Three Houses. Shez was an awesome protag and fit in with the cast. Had fun playing as Shez, Petra, and Edelgard. I wish it got a DLC expansion like the other Warriors games, but they just moved on unfortunately.

I have like 200 hours in that game and probably wouldn't be able to finish it with 200 more. Such a mindlessly fun game. It's peak.

Been playing Metal: Hellsinger this week. Rhythm-based Doom (2016) like game with some good headbanging jams that you have shoot your guns to the beat of the music. Get a high enough multiplier and the lyrics kick in. It's really fun.

I also started Borderlands 3 this week and I'm playing as the soldier Moze.

When I'm not in a shooting mood, I've been working through the first Ace Attorney trilogy still.

episodes 24-26 and End of Evangelion are absolute cinema. kino. masterpieces.

Last week, after 137 hours, I finally finished Trails into Reverie. It was good. It's a pure fanservice game and a pretty okay epilogue for the Cold Steel and Crossbell characters. The cast for Cold Steel/Crossbell has ballooned to 40+ characters and it was nice to be able to play as them all and create teams for whoever you liked. It's more a third Crossbell game than a Cold Steel game and you finally get some much needed closure for the Crossbell characters and their battle for independence. The story did get kinda wacky at times lol, but I'm glad to finally move onto Trails through Daybreak and onto another new country/story arc.

I'm currently playing the first Ace Attorney trilogy and enjoying it. I'm replaying AA1 after many years and can't wait to play the other games in the trilogy. I'm on the final case of AA1 and will try to finish it tonight.
