  • I use to have a horrible and persistent case of plantar fasciitis and fairly frequent knee pain. I decided to wear those goofy ass things and in a few months I was healed. Since then I have made it a point to walk barefoot as much as possible and wear neutral lift, low cushioning shoes.

    Thankfully I am married so I was able to bypass the inherent chastity feature of the Vibram Five Fingers.

  • Genocide makes no exceptions.

  • It is built into my phone. Even though I use Firefox as a browser and Kagi for search, sometimes Google finds a way to weasel Gemini in there and have it give me results. That's what happened today, and the results were so wrong that I had to stop what I was doing and do a fresh round of tests. Just as it was years ago, the results are mainly trash.

  • The Batman Who Laughs
    It is a fantastic series.

  • So Rhode Bay instead? It definitely isn't an island.

  • Yaay

  • I want someone to look at me like that cop looks at Hamza.

  • Coors Family ≠ Molson Coors

    The Coors family are indeed pieces of shit, but they own ~10% of the company. The company is mostly owned by institutional investors. Don't get facts mixed. Coors family is shit? Fact. Molson Coors was a champion of inclusivity? Also fact. These are not mutually exclusive.

  • If you read the article you'll see it, but it was fairly common knowledge already. Molson Coors used to have a perfect score for inclusivity and was often voted one of the best places to work for LGBTQ+ amongst other accolades and accomplishments.

  • Things that often come to mind when I see that doom and gloom mob behaviour are;

    "We all float down here."
    &
    "Misery loves company."

    That's not to say that things aren't royally fucked, but sometimes people find masochistic pleasure in focusing on everything negative and comfort in the fact that they aren't alone in thinking that way.

  • 100%. I had a friend who got a new pair and for a while she flashed all of us (her friends) and had us touch them because she opted for the gel rather than saline. They still felt wrong.

  • That is ChapĂn a.k.a Trunkfish, and it is one of the tastiest fish you'll ever eat. It is never eaten whole because it has way too many bones, so the meat is normally prepared minced and stewed.

  • I have said it before. Trained skeet shooters are going to be required for every squad.
