I love bidets but still don't agree with the idea of air drying because man idk what kind of bidet you're using but the amount of times mine hasn't finished the job.... Maybe there's just something wrong with my asshole.
Fun story: my boyfriend and his sister used to live together and we'd all party at their place. After months of his sister crushing hard on this guy she worked with, she and him had gone to her room for some alone time. Her asshole brother decided that was the time to blast this audio directly through her bedroom door.

For short term relief/emotional regulation my counsellor taught me TIPP Temperature - cold water/ice/object to lower heart rate Intense exercise - a few mins of jumping jacks/running on the spot/shaking it off Paced breathing/box breathing Paired muscle relaxation - tense and relax different muscle groups
When I'm anxious I tend to get overactive so the ones that help me most are splashing cold water on my face and the intense exercise.
Anxiety during bedtime or if I have time during the day, ASMR or a well paced peaceful podcast also do the trick.
I think I will try the slower speed music, that sounds interesting.

Actually though the thought of eating a salad with ranch makes me ill. Like, ranch is a dip it is not for drowning my delicious greens in it. Creamy dressings in general (except for Ceasar) are just not the thing.

Yes there are so many indigenous cultures (certainly every one I've learned about in Canada) that are literally about working together with the earth and in balance with the earth. Steve Irwin was a wonderful person but imagine all the wiped out or nearly wiped out cultures where this was or continues to be literally their way of existing in the world, and they were dismissed for so long as "savages" for their relationship with nature.

Yeah I have terrible allergies and went to a new doctor, he couldn't do much but I mentioned I use an over the counter nasal spray for $40. He's like oh, let me write you a prescription and now I get a prescription one for free in Canada. Too bad my allergy pills aren't covered though but those are still an affordable price at least.
