That’s why the conservative SC justices would have to be declared enemy combatants, terrorists, or an emergency threat and be locked up. Now they cannot rule against the president. Or rush to pack the SC with friendly justices after removing the conservative ones, and lock up any members of congress who won’t approve the judges.

That said, this supreme court interprets the constitution however they want. The court in its current form (as a whole) is not ethical, lawful, or legitimate. As soon as a republican takes the presidency, there is no stopping them.
Yes. Remove the conservative justices, institute new ones, undo all the bad SCOTUS decisions of the last 4 years, implement standards/ethics/accountability laws for the justices, put greater limits on their powers, and then remove the president's "king" status. Also put Trump in jail for life. It is the only way to save this country. Today, democracy in the US is completely gone. It's over.

Republicans win close races via fuckery. While US Americans are all distracted by the presidential race, republicans around the country are plotting all kinds of fuckery to rig the congressional races, the ones that are collectively far more important than the presidency.
Everyone is focused on Joe Biden, but the reality is that, without a democratic congressional majority, very little will continue to happen. Even with a majority in both the house and senate, i don't think Democrats will fix (or want to fix) many of the broken parts of the system, like Citizen's United, FISA, Copyright, DMCA, healthcare, supreme court expansion, gerrymandering, anti-trust and regulations, regulating Wall Street, regulating banks, fixing the housing market, taking power back from the supreme court, etc.

Third-party candidates don't have much money. They typically don't have corporate donors and dark money funneling in, and individual contributions simply aren't enough.

That's the reality. Republicans want to ban it only for trans kids even though they allow and encourage it for cis kids. Gender affirming surgeries for cis kids include gynecomastia.
