I haven't tried any others but whenever I'm on it shit definitely works. However after a few months it stops working and the impact to my sleep and general anxiety makes me want to go off it again.

I'm so down for this, especially in condominiums. The challenge is navigating the regulators since they're often staffed with loyalists to the big ISPs.

Yeah idk I think if you're in academia you should be able to produce a five paragraph essay. Being able to produce a narrative is an essential life skill. The world isn't going to cater to your self diagnosed executive dysfunction forever so learning to adapt is probably a useful habit.
