Sometimes those are straight, and sometimes they have a nice little curve to them.

They say this because their lobbyists want nothing to change and if the Republicans are too weak, Democrats may actually have to make peoples lives better or the whole charade falls apart.

This is the same as when Trump says the economy is great, its just great for stockholders. Biden knows this, hell half the people he's speaking to know this but will believe him anways. It's okay though, next time a republican is elected they'll go back to remembering that 'the economy' is just code for rich peoples investments. But not a moment before then, because they're utterly terrified of critisizing Democrats.

Ahh that makes sense then. Fun fact, cocaine acts as an reuptake inhibitor of seratonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine. So while it does more than just that, that particular function is similar to how SSRI and SNRIs work. Hell if it wasn't for the side effects I'd probably use Cocaine as an antidepressant.

Theres a group of devs that have been working on a bridge between the protocols I found out about while digging for info about Bluesky.

It has some features Id love to see on ActivityPub like account migration between servers, and people are already working on bridges between the protocols so it will basically be able to federate, at least with mastodon. I was also skeptical but if they keep it open source and let it play nice with AP protocall I wont be mad at it. Sure I'd prefer them pushing AP further than doing their own thing but for whatever reason I'm willing to give more benefit of the doubt to them than a service like threads.

That's different than people asking for them. Between status symbols and advertising you can sell anything, weather it was asked for or not. On a real level the whole industry of advertising is to get people to buy things they wouldn't buy otherwise.

Yes, they voted in an authorstarian after being subject to some of the worse violence rates in the world, do you have any idea about whats going on at the US Southern border? Because one of those places has and has been for years now utilizing detention camps. Which is why it's funny you bring up detention camps when talking about them.

Political parties don't arrest people, they'd try to bring up charges. They're doing that right now with the President AND his son. It's already happening. If only there was a way to prosecute that fraud they're pushing for political gain . . .

If only political capital counted as gains, we could jail almost every politician overnight. Also COVID misinfo would count then.
