Increasing or Modifying Character Limits and Poll Options in Mastodon 4.3

Thank you so much for posting this! I'm doing the upgrade this weekend and wondered if there may be changes in how to increase the character limit. I was also asked by someone to look into increasing the number of poll options. This is fantastic!
