I never denied I’m a bat, I’m simply not lost!

Yes! I wish I could drive with out headlights but I know it’s too dangerous. I have incredibly good night vision even in my late 30s, I don’t need light at night why am I forced to use it??

I like to be in the dark and with screen at minimal brightness, all light is the enemy

lol I don’t bother to explain I usually just say “nothing” I don’t owe anyone an explanation for why I want the lights off

I had to spend six months in the ICU and I always had the lights off and no sound, not tv or music, no talking, all the staff would comment on it or ask if I wanted them to turn things on for the first few months but by the end they were always telling me how my room was so peaceful and they actually preferred it to other patients rooms. I just want peace!!

Going outside to let my dogs out in the AM is genuinely painful! The dark to light is SHOCKING mentally and physically, I used polarized glasses for driving for the same reason you do. I find certain kinds of lights to be agitating even not just uncomfortable or painful

If nothing else you can basically guarantee it will be traceable

Makes me think of the cocaine they plasticize and make into the suitcase it’s self, so it’s a perfectly normal suitcase in every way except the plastic is impregnated with coke… same type of thing is completely possible here

Millennials are also the first generation to really lean into child free lifestyles too, usually out of necessity not because we hate babies. We got fucked and had the audacity to throw a wrench in the machine of not following orders and being clones of our parents

So many of these are so good, too many people don’t realize you can use your body to essentially “hack” your brain

Sure but scarcity due to broken supply chains is a real thing. It doesn’t matter how wealthy you are if you physically cannot get your supplies where they are needed there will be scarcity and it will not be artificial

This is where I feel democratic leadership is at right now. The fact no one is stepping up, rallying a cause, spearheading any sort of movement including “let’s protect what we’ve already got” just absolutely no leadership from the left seems like they just can’t fathom reality being anything other than what it is right now. I’ve been incredibly disappointed by the disappearing act both Harris and Walz have pulled and consider them failures due to this lack of leadership when we need it most, they ran for leadership of the opposition party but clearly have zero interest in actually leading in any form beyond titles/formally and this explains why, although does not excuse their behavior

I don’t really trust the FDA to be doing due diligence anymore so I will continue to see my doctor for Pap smears, beyond the fact a Pap smear appointment does more than just look for HPV

You can bet on who wins and loses, but wouldn’t just banning doing that, placing bets, make more sense than banning chess? wtf is there left to do for fun in that part of the world?

I’ve never waged war in any country actually, despite being born in the US, believe it or not but we aren’t all personally in charge of what the US does as it’s citizens, we actually have very very little power because our reps aren’t legally required to vote or do as we say
