If you account for check in/boarding times at the airport times are not so different either. However, one datapoint does not give a good overview of the situation and I found with most of my travel plans trains were more expensive than planes for the same routes within europe.

Mama doctor jones does a react series on those on youtube. I have been bingewatching those episodes and am now properly scared of randomly popping out a child on my way to the grocery store.

Agreed! I'm finishing my one-and-only phd at the moment (hopefully) and feel completely done with academics.

Again, I'm happy that worked for you but it is not true for everyone and no claim like "sugar bad, fat good" is ever going to help everyone get more healthy. I myself lost weight by increasing fiber and protein (so many lentils and beans) and decreasing unhealthy snacks. But take my pasta and bread and I will feel unhappy and unmotivated and not move a muscle all day.

This has lots of potatoes that are high in carbs, so I don't think it's keto. Also, everything is healthy in moderation (except stuff like smoking, alcohol) and unhealthy if you eat to much and the keto diet is definitely not for everyone, so be careful making those generalized claims.

The netherlands, a huge cycling country, is also known as a dreary place where it rains more than the sun shines. You just put on a good waterproof outfit and you're good. Cycling heats you up as well, so as long as you have good clothes I would say its doable up to and including freezing temperatures, depending on the road surface.
