Dougie wants to know if he can get away with speeding to when he sees a cyclist on the road
what
How???
I haven't had a chance to play with it yet, and with the unlock system it might take a while to really get to see what it's capable of.
That being said, this also have us more visibility on the weapon stats so we might be able to get a sense of scale by looking at the values of familiar weapons. For ergonomics, the dominator has 25, the penetrator has 43, regular liberator has 57, and the defender has 85.
One attachment picked for ergonomics gives you about 10, so almost the difference between liberator types. A penetrator with every attachment optimized for ergonomics is +36, which being more than the difference between it and the dominator and almost enough to handle like an smg (at least until you start firing lol) is pretty significant.
Would be nice if they let most things have grip too. I'd like to be able to add back the laser sight on the weapons that are missing it. It's such a great coop qol feature
Love the penetrator. I tend to use armour sets with recoil reduction (explosion resist or engineering) so I'm looking forward to playing with trading recoil for ergonomics.
In general AH seems to approach balance by starting with something lackluster then buff based off of feedback, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is a conservative initial set of options.
Any undemocratic doubting has been liberated from our bodies, so that we may better rush to the defense of Super Earth.
IIRC that's how snappy the aiming is - how long it takes for the barrel of the gun to catch up with where the cursor is aimed. (The circle reticule that follows the cursor)
Your commitment to Liberty and Individualism are commendable, citizen 🫡 the mindless bugs will never see it coming.
They're just trying to teach their human to hunt. First step is to demonstrate that the mouse is food. Diva is clearly just getting frustrated with how slow a learner the human is.
And we had headlines this week of a surge in trade to other countries. this is blatant misinformation
No solid tiles allow fluids to pass through, with the exception of constructed tiles that are explicitly stated to be permeable.
See the white damage lines across the bottom tiles of that pool of water? Depending on the water pressure (ie amount of water on top of a tile) they will start to take damage based on their hardness (I think that's the stat, it's been a while), and eventually. More tiles makes it more resistant, up to 7(?) deep to never break.
I suspect the water leakage is from tiles about to break, but again it's been a while so I'm not sure. It's also possible you're getting a mess from somewhere else.
It works for me... I think it's something like it goes faster with port forwarding but to be honest I don't know the details.
Dang that is a perfectly shaped box for such a streamlined cat 😍
Unions have strike funds to pay those participating in the strike. It's not the full amount though, and it's not like they're paid enough these days.
If you're near a picket line it's worth bringing some treats to the strikers. The sweet taste of solidarity helps.
Yeah... Per the article, the office of the Labour Minister is investigating so maybe they will intervene to improve funding. I know a postie and they really deserve better conditions.
TLDR: The collective agreement was extended until May 22 after the return to work order. Negotiations for a new collective agreement are ongoing, but could just end in a strike again.
How would MMP/STV handle a situation like this? Can candidates running locally also be on the party list?
As a general rule, if you're getting a service for free, you're the product.
I don't know much about the downsides of free in the context of VPNs, as I didn't really get in to the technical ins and outs. But when we're talking security and privacy I think the cost of supporting something good and sustainable is well worth it.
I've heard port forwarding is helpful for speed, and that might be a paid only thing, but to be honest I'm consistently surprised by how fast things go for me just using mullvad.
Another thing you may wish to consider: the Proton CEO has praised Trump which is a huge red flag to me in the privacy space.
These resources are really all you need, but they're all individually quite focused so for a new person it can be hard to see the forest.
An overview:
For movies, streaming sites are fine.
To start torrenting safely:
- get a paid vpn (i use mullvad)
- download qbittorrent or the like
- find a public tracker from the megathead, general ones are easy/convenient for starting imo
- virus scan/use common sense/be careful
