Have you tried increasing the interface scale? Looks pretty small on your device, it's not going to fix the problem if you really can't play with a bigger scale tho.

Can you access https://catbox.moe/faq.php ? There's a connectivity issues section with different explanations depending where you're connecting from.

If you have pihole or similar a list might block it and if you use a VPN/DNS set to use pihole then WiFi or not it's still blocked.
