Well that's not true, they'll care eventually. Progress takes time, and just like being gay was and is in certain areas seen as a mental illness, eventually the stigma will be worn away until only the truly fanatical cultures still have issues with it.

My favorite reddit app(baconreader) stopped working. Unless I see apologies and changing course on reddit I'll be trying my hardest to adapt to the Fediverse. I've commented more on here more than on reddit in by a higher percentage since I want this to work.

Profits run everything, and while I understand that, it does lend itself to a shitty experience for the user unless you pay for it.
