Okay but should I put in the year I graduated or the year of our textbooks/curriculum? Because my U.S. history textbook had an assignment for the "present day" to write about the "ongoing" war in iraq under "current" president George W. Bush. Spoiler, I did not go to HS when bush was president.
My sister, didn't visit for a few years then told family she was going to visit for Christmas, okay. She arrives with unexpected company, her boyfriend, she says. Family never heard about him. 1 month later she visits and goes, oh yeah, "I am expecting in 5 months". 2 months later she goes, oh yeah "I got married last week".
She doesn't understand why dad was so upset...
Yes, it's called the selective service, but it's colloquially known as draft and that's what above was referencing
American men are supposed to sign up for the draft when they turn 18, this new bill would make that an automatic process.
Ahh...okay, so far I've done pre-algebra, Diploma didn't require it and associates degree looks like it doesn't either, Bachelors will.....probably.
Yeah....I am american and almost done with my associates degree....and I still haven't learned "quadraitcs" idk, standards are wired
It always gets mez the older I get I better realize how Jank my education was,
Elementary school taught me addition, Middle School Taught me multiplication Junior High Taught me pre-algebra College is teaching me addition, but with common core
One day, maybe for my bachelor's I'll learn some of those funny math symbols.....but not today
TLDR, loveless marriage can suck, alot of time marriage was more arranged then by choice and divorce was nigh impossible, so, most marriages sucked
I remember something from "forgotten weapons" where he I think he talked about having to retroactively blur the auction house because he didn't work with them anymore or a change in their policy. Not a Google one, I think.
Lion King, though mostly because it released on my 18th
My first thoughts,
U.S.A.: Can we have that president?
U.S. Govt.: No, you have president at home
Biden
But seriously this is awesome to see, It's nice to see some uplifting news.
Some sorta survey/census for the fediverse might be cool
At what point does everyone need to be married to everyone and we remake communism?
The dub problem is a Crunchyroll problem, in my experience, having been a Crunchyroll member before the merger. Dubs on Crunchyroll where a complete mess, each time they tried to fix it, it got worse. As you mentioned, dubs being displayed as seasons.
After the funimation buy out, I see dubbed titles being fixed, and more dub options being added.
Funimation bought Crunchyroll, then moved everything to the Crunchyroll name.
"Crunchyroll" isn't the one doing this...it's funimation. Which, arguably, only make it worse. If funamation wanted to it would be easy....they don't want to honour those purchases.
Edit: I just found out technically Sony is the one that bought Crunchyroll and is technically "merging" them. So again, would be 100% possible if funimation sony wanted to.
I have family that lives outside of LA, that are still on copper lines for phone and internet. How, idk.
Also, our neighborhood just got fiber access a couple months ago, and we live in a decently large city.
Copper landline for many, is the only option available that isn't satellite.
Even in California, lots of illegal pot farms selling for cheaper than legal stores. Less taxes, less Q/C, less overhead etc. dont even need to pay over the border shipping.
In this specific scenario, the problem is black market Marijuana. In a place where there is a handful of dispensaries, anyone over 21 can walk in and buy Marijuana, where the sheriffs don't give a damm about if you got pot. The core of this incident was "blackmarket" Marijuana. Probably also with the heightened tensions with a number of dealers getting pinched and lots of sheriff operations in the area.
