It's decent. It's halfway between Tamagotchi and a pedometer toy. It's not as involved as a Tamagotchi. You get watt points by walking and then you can spend those on getting Pikachu to like you. The second version they made that has an IR sensor so you can get items in G/S/C but that removes the last of the Tamagotchi elements and is expensive and region locked, so I don't think I'd like it as much. The Pokewalker seems more designed on that one but at least it has way more gameplay benefits (can catch exclusive wild pokemon, send more items, gain XP on an in-game 'mon).
There's also one of these in the change pocket, which is for the Nintendo-made Personal Trainer (Fire) Walk With Me DS game.
4 is Pokeball Plus for Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee and Sword/Shield.
Everybody staring at me because of the cacophony I emit with each step.
Yeah, I like pedometer toys. I guess you could call me a pedophile of some sort.

Probably, yeah. Unless they fix the underlying internal/external cause of them over-eating I'd imagine it'd have a similar efficacy as the stomach-shrinking surgeries did.
I should use these gizmos this summer. I have a bunch of them I've accumulated throughout the years.
Bought a Pocket Pikachu off eBay. 'Cause I'm cheap I always get the cheapest listing and then hope I can repair whatever's broken. Although this one looked OK in the listing. Arrived today (or yesterday I guess) and I put in a rechargeable 2320 battery but I guess that's too high of a voltage and causes the screen to go all dark. I did not think to try another battery (foreshadowing). Took it apart and messed around with it, but there didn't appear to be anything wrong with it. There's a resistor on the back that when it goes bad can cause the opposite issue of too faint a screen. Anyway, while it's apart I think to try connecting a CR1220 battery I have because I'm thinking it's a voltage issue maybe and it works although if I angle the screen away I can very slightly see the column of a faintly-darker line on the screen. Not a problem at all. So it's working now. I cleaned it up inside a little so maybe that's a benefit.
The pedometer inside is actually like a plastic arm that pivots on a plastic post and then at the other end is sprung with the tiniest piece of wire you've ever seen that you weave through one of the holes (there's actually a row of these holes on both sides of the wire/spring, which I'm wondering if that's for adjusting its sensitivity? I'm tempted to open it back up and put it on the easiest setting but I'm also extremely terrified of that little wire/spring popping out and disappearing forever somewhere.
You might be wondering how Golem could be OU-tier in RBY but then fall down a tier to UU and then even further down to NU when it was considered a counter to Tauros, Alakazam, Chansey, etc. All staples of the RBY OU format. Well, we'll have to go back to its usage in the 1997 Nintendo Cup Pokemon tournament and then discuss how shattering the (re)discovering of same-type hax immunity was to the viability of almost every non-Normal-type pokemon.
Oh today's Saturday, what the fuck. I thiught it was Friday.
Didn't play any more Pokemon Yellow. Didn't shave. My mom did the dishes for a change which is appreciated. Didn't go out for a bike ride yet. I need to patch the holes in the window screens again before the bugs come out and we have the windows open more often. I sewed a ribbon loop onto this Ghibli washcloth I got off AliExpress that's really nice but this one was missing the loop for some reason and I don't want to bother trying to get a return or anything. Watched like 2 seasons of Curb Your Enthusiasm in the past 2 days.
I had a brief online conversation with my friend last night. Caught up a little on my anime journalling. I haven't written a review/entry for the last like 6 movies/shows I watched. It's nice to be able to organize my thoughts on stuff I watch like this. I hacked my 360 with the hypervisor bad update so I can download the last few region-locked/expensive/delisted games I wanted to check out, mostly Japanese shmups. Uhhh, made a second batch of this sweet potato + tofu + black beans bowl/burrito type thing that was alright. I listened to what someone on here said about freezing the tofu first and it turned out pretty good and non-rubbery,
My sleep schedule is still fucked. I'm hoping I can nap and wake up before 12PM but that seems unlikely today.
Early YouTube was like that.
If I had my shit together I'd play with you. Kinda' swamped with other projects and backlogs right now. A push to get hexbear to play some retro MMO together like FF11 would be cool though. I hope that happens sometime.
He didn't know who the CNT/FAI were despite calling himself an anarchist for like 2 years at that point.
Ethan is barely-alive husk, he can't even make a coherent argument on his own podcast. I think this is a more obvious condemnation of debating with that type of moron than it is debate itself.
The actual answer is Breath Of The Wild.
Yeah, but it's the most boring possible world to RP in.
