Is the Nasomi private FFXI server dead?
I went to the website hoping I could recover my account with an email address or something (I'm, like, super nostalgic rn) but that shit sends me an error. Did the game that got away finally get away? I need a hug.

Ha. I bounced off FFXIV with 7.0 and did actually download & install Cats Eye (https://www.catseyexi.com/) a while back because I found my old Vana'diel Collection boxset from 2008 and had a hankering to play a Tarutaru BLU/RDM but I completely forgot how dogshit starting FFXI alone can be and immediately bounced off it.
Lmk if you do find a server (I also heard good things about HorizonXI) - I could probably be convinced to sink some time into it if I have someone to play with
If I had my shit together I'd play with you. Kinda' swamped with other projects and backlogs right now. A push to get hexbear to play some retro MMO together like FF11 would be cool though. I hope that happens sometime.
Looked into it and it's been gone for a few years, there's a lot of other servers you can try though
