In international law any non proportional (military usage vs civilian casualties) use of force is prohibited. Russia used cluster ammunition in dense civilian areas, which is non proportional and thus a war crime. Its this specific useage that is a war crime not cluster ammunition in general.

I think its unfair to dismiss certain viewpoints by representing them in a bad light intentionally. If you represent a different view with the best possible arguments and then refute those arguments then your conclusion has more merit. What you are doing is called strawmanning and is generally considered to be a logical fallacy.

The problem is that if you represent a "shithead idea" by its worst arguments than you are beeing dishonest. If you would take the best arguments and then refute them your actually beeing honest. Any viewpoint can be ridiculed in some way, just look at south park. If you ridicule any viewpoint that opposes you and pick the best arguments for your side than of course every other idea is a "shithead idea".

Finally a based comment. But as we can see just like on reddit, people dont like based comments because people would rather have a circlejerk.

For me it hasnt been for along time. The site I use has everything as soon as its available, stores which episodes and at which time I was last time, has intro skip, autoplay and autonext. When i want to watch a series i just type the name in my browser, auto-complete the URL and i'm done. On netflix i have to tap through multiple menues, have to login and might even get blocked because im not on my home device. I get a better service in every aspect for free.
