Followed up with some more garbage officiating in the Eagles Bills. Missed horsecollar tackle on Allen, Slay getting away with full on tackling guys and obvious jersey tugs before the ball even gets there, even one pretty obvious shoulder check to the face of a defenseless receiver.
I've seen so many ticky tacky jersey tugs that ultimately don't end up affecting the route get called this season its easy to see why people think ref favoritism is going on here, especially juxtaposed with the phantom holds in that Jags game. There were multiple no-calls where the refs are staring directly at the play during the replay, while the announcers are basically just like "How can they keep getting away with this? It's you can't do that".
I think the Eagles had one accepted penalty against them by the fourth quarter. It was absolute madness. Then the refs even call back a potential game sealing fumble despite the receiver securing it and clearly taking two steps before losing the ball.
Even the announcers are bashing the officiating in this Texans Jags game.
"Eh idk I don't see anything there" (on a drive extending defensive holding call where the CB doesn't even touch him; TLaw throws up his hands though and then they throw it)
"That's about the first one I agree with." (Jags finally get a penalty)
"It's these type of plays that have to get really frustrating as a player, as a coach" (replaying a missed false start on the Jags that even Demeco could see from the sideline)

Wake up babe, new Johnnydel video just dropped
I think everyone in the league is pretty much in agreement, I mean just look at em. I've never once seen anything but friendly banter towards opposing fans. Definitely no trash throwing or fighting. Most of the fan base seems to take pride in that kind of behavior too. Every team has jackass fans here and there but in Philly it's truly a part of the culture.
If anything last year's run just put em in the spotlight and Eagles fans did the rest
It worked 1/3 times which was enough to extend the drive and get them the TD. I didn't notice as much outside of that one drive so it probably just sounded like I was bitching for no reason unless you read the comment right as that drive was happening.
They would get a little contact and then fall over flailing their arms wildly calling for a flag. Same shit happened to Fred Warner in the SF game on a PI to put the Bucs at the 1.
It's definitely being coached into the receivers now because why the hell wouldn't you take the free yards on a pass that's otherwise well out of reach? Can't blame the players or the coaching really but it still feels scummy
Vikings receivers just throwing themselves on the ground when they feel any contact at all.
My GOD what a throw from Purdy. Silence those haters! Jimmy G makes that throw 0/100 times.
It feels like they have a full script of talking points and they're just getting through the list. Like CMC does punish at the end of a run, but Mitchell is more of a glass cannon type back. It's like they just subbed his name in there for the "punishing run" talking point
This fox broadcast has been terrible lol. Close up of Purdy's face pre snap instead of showing the formations. Penalties called without even a mention, let alone a replay. Talking about Elijah Mitchell's physicality "punishing at the end of the run" as he gets tackled normally by 3 defenders.
He hasn't looked good but tbh it's hard to tell how much of that is due to scheme. It's probably a bit of both
At least the Browns are being punished for maybe one of the worst contracts of all time. Sucks that the beneficiary is a rapist though. Turns out Watson is the average-at-best unmotivated piece of shit we all know he is. Who could have ever predicted giving him so much guaranteed would bite them in the ass?
I was told this game would be good
Nah he'll get just enough wins and hope to keep his job, and keep the Pats in the land of mediocrity for years to come
DeMeco is masterclass at getting the most out of his guys. What an incredible first season for both him and Stroud
9ers are back in form! Pass rush is finally looking like it should with Chase Young having an immediate impact for this D
Taking the fifth is just another way of saying "not testify against himself". It's like saying he's compelled to testify or not testify.... like yea those are the only two options lol
I've only played the souls type games a few times but to me the main difference is that enemies hit HARD and have a variety of attacks with smooth animation that can be harder to predict at times.
At it's core though it's still the same loop of dodge dodge attack repeat... just a lot harder to execute
I think the issue here is that lawmakers don't know enough about guns to write laws to regulate them effectively. They just ban things that sound dangerous because it makes it look like they're doing things without actually having to do things.
Republicans have a legitimate argument that Democrat gun control laws are fucking stupid, and Democrats have a legitimate argument that we need more gun control. Most of us just sit here wishing you can be allowed to own a gun, but not buy a fucking assault rifle from some random dickhead at at a gun fair.
more, cuter faces
Yea you're right OP needs to spend the night in horny jail
I go to Berkely Bowl for niche ingredients I can't find anywhere else, and the produce is often cheaper and better quality, but meat seems roughly the same and everything else in the store has at least a $1 markup. Also I'm not going to sit in an hour of traffic after work just to maybe save a buck on meat while immediately offsetting that saving in the gas it took to get there. It's not always as easy as "just go to Berkely Bowl bro".
Prices have objectively increased in the last three years that can't be attributed to COL increases or inflation. The only thing left is profit.
