  • I hate this MAGACommunism twink as much as anyone but I don't think this Instagram post without date or context is adequate evidence. I really think someone should do an comprehensive investigation into the guy because nobody who needs to be convinced is going to be convinced by out of context stuff like this.

Fake friends are dangerous and this guy fits the bill.

  • Two different untrue rumors regarding Turkey and Syria spark chaos.

Earlier this week a rumor was spread in Turkey that a Syrian refugee had assaulted a young Turkish girl, this led to pogroms against Syrian businesses and people, and dozens of arrests by the Turkish government.

Another rumor was that Ankara and Damascus had a meeting in Latakia province to discuss normalization of relations. Turns out this rumor was also untrue.

That didn't stop the HTS Turkish-backed "moderate rebels" from turning on their masters accusing them of "selling them out to Bashar." Dozens of Turkish soldiers and HTS terrorists were killed and injured in gunfire exchanges, military bases were torched, and internet is reportedly down across much of the northern occupied Syria. Turkish flags were burned, border crossings closed, and Turkish businesses in the territory vandalized.

It's noteworthy that in all of the so-called "liberated territories" of Northern Syria, a Turkish appointed governor runs the affairs and Turkish soldiers have some presence.

Everyone knows that Damascus condition of Turkish-Syria normalization talks is for Ankara to agree to leave all of Syria. So the proxy terrorists are feeling the heat of their impending abandonment.

Some Syrian commentators suspect that both rumors are connected and Erdogan is trying to spread greater ethnic strife in order to better his position in future negotiations with Syria.

    We'll see what happens.

  • This makes sense. I guess I'm wondering what the "organizing" in the West regarding these other places is. What are their demands and how does that relate to the demands for the Liberation of Palestine outside of "genocide bad"?

We know the "genocide in Darfur" and "genocide in Tigray" narratives are pushed by US State Dept.

I've seen "end genocide in Palestine and Xinjiang" kind of stuff floating around western activism stuff too which is just ahhhhhh

Either way it's cool they shut down the nazi parade. I'm just spiraling out don't mind me

  • I think this pattern of blaming the UAE exclusively is also another strange thing that obfuscates the forces at play. (Not attacking you just noting a trend I have observed)

Additionally, the Zionist entity and Sudan were very close to normalizing just a few months before the war broke out. Therefore the simplistic approach the "RSF bad" and "Sudan government good" is problematized.

There's another article about the history of partitioning Sudan that I think is interesting.

It seems to me that the imperialists simply want to destroy Sudan through an artificial civil war. This is qualitatively different from the Palestinians and the Axis of Resistance waging a just war of national liberation against zio-imperialism.

  • Can someone explain to me why western activist always want to conflate what's happening in Palestine with Congo and Sudan? It seems to me that they actually have little in common??

I've never seen anyone make the connection to the US-UK-"israeli" century long conspiracy of partitioning Sudan nor have I seen anyone discuss the role of US-French-Canadian programs in arming bandit groups in the DRC...

  • Video of Iranian women chasing "reformist" presidential candidate (see: neoliberal) Pezeshkian out of the shrine of Hazrat Abd al-Azim al-Hasani.

They are chanting "marg bar munafiq!" which means "death to hypocrites." The woman at the beginning says something like "death to the possibility of a third Rouhani administration!"

  • I see. Regime change change Abrahamian... ok. the video made the case that I have seen everywhere which is that the large majority of purges were MKO and included some Fedaian and Tudeh. Somewhere on this website I wrote a whole essay about why the post-1983 Tudeh leadership was completely counter-revolutionary. Importantly that's really all completely irrelevant to this post and the present organization itself is completely irrelevant today.

Because this is the news mega I am just going to leave a picture thats relevant to the event I posted about earlier and mute this.

  • I don't give a fuck about the MEK, but claiming the IRI is leftists is revisionist. ... My problem is with you denying the reactionairy and burgeois character of the current iranian goverment.

This post didn't say any of those things???

The way you're coming at me right now does not make me excited about having a conversation.

  • If you want to have a struggle session here you're in the wrong place. I've debunked this Tudeh stuff on a half dozen different occasions on this website

I post a picture of historical event and some people feels the need to jump on their own opinions about something which literally has no connection to what is originally being posted about. Just because it's the Islamic Republic. Okay. 👍
