Damn, I hope Ukraine can get more patriot systems and possibly Thaad, that would be the ideal air defense considering that Russia still uses a bit of ballistic missiles.
- Perun commented on this and his conclusion on thaad was that while an impressive system, the cost difference between thaad and patriot is so big that the money could most likely be better spent on way more other stuff that would be of more help.
  The price for the US military for thaad is approx. 800 million per battery. The retail price for others is much, much higher.
  Additionally, the number of missiles in stock and production capacity for patriot is higher. Japan for example also builds pac3 interceptors under license.
