I mean, they did.
Then the Israelis bombed the trucks and the hungry population surround them.
Multiple times.
It's literally on the news?
No mate they keep getting turned away. Here's one example:
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-68486248
and there was another convoy that Israel blocked because it had "prohibited items", then it was searched and found to be ok but it was still denied entry because "fuck you" i guess. I can't find the link atm but it's out there.
If the truck that drives through a gate gets shot by the IDF then a truck that drives off a boat can also get shot by the IDF
And sadly most of the trucks are not getting through the border to be bombed by israel
The funniest part of that article is right at the top:
Israel has denied accusations it is preventing aid from entering Gaza.
"If there were an Oscar for best theatrical performance by a country, Israel would win every year. It's a country based on theater. It's a lunatic state - completely insane."
Norman Finkelstein
In the classic capitalist way, the solution is always "more". So the plan is likely to send more food, so Israel can keep bombing the shit out of it, some will make it, and enormous profits will be generated in the process.
We did it Patrick. We saved Palestine.
They can't stop us all
It's gonna take two months to build the pier.
Countless will starve to death by then, and it seems like a forgone conclusion Israel is going to claim it's not safe to let Gaza control it.
They'll seize the port, and a stretch of land connecting it to Israel.
If Biden really wanted to do something now, he'd send US military with the aid trucks.
It's the only way to prevent Israel from attacking the aid
We aren't going to engage in a military operation AGAINST Israel. We SHOULD, but we never will.
What?
American military escorting American aid isn't a military action against Israel
Israel claims they can't let aid trucks in because Hamas will steal it.
American escort means Israel can't use that excuse, and if Israel attacks it, they'd be attacking the American military.
That isn't a military action against Israel in any way shape and form.
You're much closer to openly joining them than engaging against them lol.
Technically they don't have to finish the pier, we have vehicles made to transport marines and even tanks from sea to land. Even without our amphibious units, in May 2023 the USA had 3 ships delivering aid to shore in the Red Sea near Saudi Arabia in a shorter timespan.
It’s gonna take two months to build the pier
Not true
Your source?
Pentagon says 2 months:
https://edition.cnn.com/2024/03/08/politics/floating-pier-troops-aid-gaza/index.html
It'll take longer than that, once Israel starts "accidentally" bombing the site lol.
I swear Israel must be privately threatening to nuke Iran.
Not advocating, just hypothesizing

2 of those things are actions from the USA, the third action is Israel.
Logical consistency 0.
This is supposedly illustrating the incapacity of the US (and other countries) to prevent Israel from using famine as a genocidal war weapon
Man if only there were some world super power acting like a global police and couping whichever country they wish that happens to have deep trade with Israel that could apply actual pressure to get them to allow the aid trucks in.
You know like threatening to embargo arms sales and trade like what happened to Iran
If only..............
They don't need food anyway Ramadan is starting they need to fast.
Damn it. Tasteless, but that’s a good joke.
Maybe they should stop attacking the aid trucks. The Egyptians aren't gonna put up with that shit, and once they're angry the gazans are gonna be in some trouble.
