I’m all for emulation of every console generation on the ps5, I would even pay (once) to allow it, but not through a subscription system.

That's awesome. There's a lot of great PS2 games out there I never got to play. They should do the same with Playstation.

If they get PS2 I would hope PSX would be "quick and easy." The PS2 I think natively ran PSX games or at least could emulate them, so it shouldn't be that far behind, depending how the PS2 emulator works.
It would genuinely make PS+ feel like something I'm not obligated to purchase to play with friends but something I want to have. Even if it's just a convenient way to play PS2 games.

I wonder how hard it will be to get it to run on a pc and see how it compares to PCSX2.
