Whenever I see statistics like this, I remember the news about the elderly asian man being subject to unprovoked violence. All of that happened while friends of mine got the opportunity to work in the USA for a big salary.
I always told my friends that they have to remember that getting a job in the USA doesn't mean that you will belong along with the white man. Having the wrong expectations always hurt people.
