Should we build cat huts on the savannah?

All cats should be kept indoors. Larger cats like this one need larger homes, so we should find the biggest mansions we can and release them inside.

We gotta pump those numbers up
They should all be wearing harnesses and/or fenced in.
- what if we put bell collars on them to warn the other animals?
  
  Cats can be smart enough to figure out how to stalk without making the bell ring. Bell collars aren't always effective.
If outdoor house cats are an apex predator that’s nature’s problem
