For my money it's a tie between Eurydice's song from Hades, any of the tracks from VVVVVV and Still Alive. But what do you think?

There are many great ones. Off the top of my head, each with a sample:
- Baldur's Gate 3 (recent addition)
- Return of the Obra Dinn

- Deep Rock Galactic
- Doom Eternal
- Deus Ex - Human Revolution
- Ori and the Will of Wisps (haven't played it enough yet but music stood out)
