The Double Decker taco from Taco Bell.
I think I just got one a few days ago of the value menu? It had nacho cheese between the soft and hard shells.
They can still make them... but you've got to ask and they've got to be willing to do it. Had one at a random taco bell in BFE last weekend actually.
