Funny you say that. This isn't the same person, but it looks like it's from the same event (the Fremont Solstice Parade, 2010), and the beak really does bring the ensemble together
Looking at photos from this event, it looks genuinely fun and cool. Like yeah hot girl body paint booba but no, I want to hang out with these people
