This made me login to my newgrounds account and there are people reviewing my games from 2023. I did not expect to find people still playing the stupid shit I made almost 20 years ago, what a nice feeling. Nothing as popular as fancy pants, but still I'm happy.
I'm not sure late zoomers will understand that Flash was like the Windows of the internet. Everything used it. Youtube used it. Your fucking bank used it. The current state of Flash is like if we just stopped using video cards, and old games no longer worked so good if they relied on that clunky old RTX 4080.
Probably would result in a less than optimal user experience since it is still in development and has bugs and graphical glitches especially on Later Flash games (Actionscript 3).
I have the classic pack and it runs amazingly well (playing mostly on a Steam Deck), it's super smooth. The Steam version is how your memory remembers the game being like - if you go back and play the Flash version, you'll quickly realize how much our memory isn't reliable lol
