'Forgot password' Button not working?

I'm logged in on my PC, but apparently my password didn't save to the password manager, and forgot password isn't doing anything, so I don't have a way to reset it. This a known issue?

I had a similar issue. For me, entering just my email (not username and not password) and clicking the forgot password button worked.
- I think this is the official way to do it. But a message explaining it when you click the button would be better.
