also, why is there a white line between tge Es in "NEEDS"?

You are correct about the word volunteering.
I have no clue what's up with the white line, though.
11 0 ReplyThis is just a guess, but I think the original author wrote NBEDS instead of NEEDS and fixed it after the fact by covering the right most edge of the B.
