I've not been able to drink tea for months until I bought a new mug cos my other one is infused with coffee stains.
It was only £1.30 but I can finally drink tea!!! 😀

Id say you have online friends and theyre real people! Even if its just us. I remember in covid lockdown everyone freaked out but i was fine because my some of my friends are just online people and it still meets social needs.

Then treat yourself by having a few mugs for yourself. Also means you can leave one to soak in the sink and still have your tea. Makes cleaning them a lot easier as well. ASDA also sells iridescent glass mugs that are very pretty.

Fun fact: US Navy seamen refer to their stained mug as “seasoned”, because it starts clean at the beginning of their voyage and doesn’t get washed while they are deployed. The accumulated stain is a badge of honor showing the seaman is a seasoned sailor. Admittedly, they only use black coffee and having “milk bits” on the rim is kind of gross.
