my gf is like really unhappy because she's put 60 hours into the game and now it's like woops stairs break your computer

Didnt encounter anything like that on my playthrough a few months ago.
The shitty TAA implementation bothered me to no end though
If u are on pc you can install rampage trainer, kill the player 3 times then you'll be able to skip the section
