[CN Datamine] Picture Patch Notes: The Rides to Lake Silberneherze

Hello there! I've painstakingly compiled all the info on the new operators from The Rides to Lake Silberneherze into easy to read pictures:

Harold

  • Trying to explain CN's elemental damage with EN's constraints is very annoying and I really do apologize if the reminder text is too wordy, Valarqvin can't come to EN soon enough to finally set things straight.
  • Tho, isn't it a bit strange that HG is giving a free Wandering Medic in an event with no elemental damage? (the impairment types, not the 4th damage type)
  • All in all, Harold feels like he's yet another operator lost in huge pile of tech operators Arknights already got.

Leto

  • Heh, Chen voices Leto in CN.
  • Leto's talent giving +21 ASPD to Rosa or Istina definitely aint bad
  • I do hope Chinese players playtest Leto S2 ASAP and not just ignore her just because she's a 5 star, I really wanna know how it works and whether there's any loopholes.
  • Even if worst comes to worst, she'll definitely have a home in Bearknights.

Degenbrecher

  • Now, some of you will wonder why did I translate Degenbrecher's keyword as Disarm when its more accurately translated as "Tremble" (战栗/zhàn lì)? Well, its because the first question most people will ask when they see Degenbrecher playable will be, "can Degenbrecher Disarm?"
  • Tho speaking of Disarm, it sure is very nerfed compared to the enemy version isn't it? Not only does it require blocking to even work so ranged enemies can still shoot, it can't even prevent enemy skills unlike the enemy version.
  • Huge missed opportunity not hiring Mace the voice actress to voice Degenbrecher's CN dub, when Degenbrecher is called a mace in Chinese (锏/Jian)
  • It's really concerning that Degenbrecher S3 has both the invincibility of Chen S3 and AOE coverage of Irene S3, and its an auto charge skill to boot.

Development Notes

  • Inspired by my Endfield spinoff post, this batch of operator patch notes are the first to be made in 1.5k resolution (2168x1220)! I've used 1080p for the longest time, but the size constraint is starting to really creep in as new ops with more and more text come in.
  • And with the new resolution comes a new layout, which means pretty much all the legacy bits from my early days are gone now.
  • But I gotta admit, this batch of operator patch notes are very rushed, they don't have as much detail as I'd liked especially with the backgrounds.
  • Avro is a really neat font, but it's definitely not applicable in every situation.

And finally, if you're still here Boelthor, I just want to say:
Minal 'Aidin wal-Faizin.
