Every time I read more news about Russia becoming more and more like North Korea I wonder how the oligarchs are going to finally remove Putin.
Will they influence a military coup? Will Putin have a sudden heart attack, stroke, or perhaps a tumble from a window?

In Spain we have a saying, which is "A todo cerdo le llega su San Martín" (Every pig gets its St Martin).
An explanatory note attached to the draft legislation says that the measure is appropriate because “as of March 16, 2022, the Convention in question ceased to apply to the Russian Federation, as did the protocols ratified by Russia.”
That's a very specific date, but I can't find anything that would seem to have triggered that opinion on that date. Anyone have any idea what they're referring to?
