If you are afraid of being charged with a crime you should probably not commit it in the first place. You get what you deserve.

South Africa further requested that the court order Israel to allow Palestinians removed from their homes in the Gaza Strip to return to them; to stop depriving them of food, water and humanitarian aid; to ensure that Israelis are not inciting to genocide and punish those who do; and to allow an independent investigation of its actions.

I mean if Israel weren't committing crimes against civilians none of these requests would be a problem.

If being told to stop doing things like depriving children of drinking water is something you "fear" that's a sign you've really lost the plot.
