I'm excited to hear land value vs building value is a thing. in general the economy sounds way more intricate, hopefully there's a challenge there.
I’m more interested in those large areas of industrial farmland. Almost every town starts as large farmland and most still have large areas for it, but I’ve never seen it represented in a city builder like it is in real life.
