I personally turned down a couple of jobs because their insistence on a non wfh schedule.
7 0 ReplyRoght choice imo. I won’t go to any office because someone thinks „it will work better“.
I know what I need and wether I do my work does not depend on me being on premise but if I feel like my work actually makes a difference.

I’m glad to see employees recognizing their own value, and not putting up with unnecessary bullshit.
