It’s hilarious because this video is by a liberal Zionist who’s claiming to piss off “both sides” by conceding that there might be SOME people in Gaza they don’t think of as disposable s-bhumans. Literally the “compromise: let’s kill only half of them” centrist meme.

I’m not sure what the propaganda endgame is with this angle that Zionists, both liberals and unabashed rightists, seem to have only doubled down on by showing Palestinian civilians attacking occupying soldiers in a fit of righteous fury and trying to imply they’re fair game for IDF atrocities. This only works during “normal times” in an environment where there isn’t a fresh commotion in the public caused by countless headlines accompanied by images/reels of devastated city blocks and grisly remains (some of which they outright celebrate as owning le terrorists). You’ve already outed yourselves as genocidal bastards, so not only is this as effective as showing someone an image of liberated death camp inmates dispensing mob justice on a Nazi, it’s also a glaring admission that your guys are deliberately killing civilians (or consider their lives expendable at best). Especially when you post this as a response to every atrocity as a deflection (as the pictured retweet was in response to the IDF desecrating some very non-threatening graves).

Perhaps it’s meant to desensitize people and communicate ‘subtly’ that “yes we’re killing civilians, they deserve it and there’s nothing you can do about it”. But I’m not sure how that’s going to pan out.
