Does this shape game exist as Foss?

I want to install a local version of this game in the link and preferably open source. I searched "shape game" and couldn't find anything.

Use case: before operating heavy machinery, I want to "pass" this game at 8 seconds

  • You could easily make this yourself with a JS canvas.

    • It's already made in JS (but without a canvas).

      So, OP: I guess it's already Free and it's already Open Source. Just save the HTML page somewhere.
