I want to change from Sync.com to pCloud but I'm afraid it will take Sync.com forever to download 10TB
Is there any service that can help me with that? What do you guys think?

Use rclone, with a cheap VPS if you need. If it isn't rclone supported it's a good sign you shouldn't be touching that service, even if you don't know what rclone is and you didn't ever want to use it.
No rclone since Sync.com do not have public API
